Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival date will have the full deposit refunded for Rack Rate bookings. Non-Refundable bookings are forfeited.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first nights deposit.
If you don’t wish to lose your deposit we will hold it as credit to be used in one transaction only within 6 months from the date of cancellation. Subject to Managers Discretion and does not apply to Non-Refundable bookings.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once you have arrived. This applies to deposits or full amounts paid.

Please ensure you read these terms and conditions of your booking. Continuing with this booking constitutes that you understand and accept these terms.
Rack Rate bookings will have a one night deposit taken upon booking.
Non-Refundable bookings with have the entire payment taken upon booking. This is not refundable under any circumstances, and cannot be held as credit for future use.
The tariff is based upon the number of adults, children and the style of accommodation requested. Should the details vary in any way, your tariff may be affected.
Please note prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Please note cabins/units or villas are not serviced daily.
We reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent villa/site category for the same period.
Different minimum stay requirements apply throughout the year.
Only 1 promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse entry. A refund will not be issued under these circumstances.
These terms and conditions may be subject to variation by written agreement prior to supply for contracted workforce accommodation and during periods of peak demand.
Pets are limited to two pets per booking, subject to manager’s discretion and approval on arrival.
A cost of $10/pet applies for cabin stays and a $50 cash bond is required. This bond will be returned after the cabin has been checked. Pets on sites stay Free.
Pets are welcome on the Verandas/Balconies of all accommodation.
No pets are allowed indoors.
Cats must be confined in a cage at all times.
Pets must be leashed at all times and “pet parking” is available at various locations throughout the park.
If you choose to leave the park for any duration of time, you must take your pet with you. Or ask reception about local pet sitters.
Your pet must not enter the amenities, camp kitchen, laundry areas, swimming pool and bouncing pillow areas. We have a separate disabled shower and toilet for guests with guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Continuous barking will not be tolerated.
All mess made by your pet must be put into a sealed bag and disposed of in the green waste bins outside. Pet tidy bags can be found in various locations around the park.
You will also be held responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by your pet whilst in the confines of Lake Tinaroo Holiday Park. You further agree to pay for any claim of compensation in relation to your pets activities (scratching, biting, damaging property).
Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum $250 cleaning/damage fee.
